After completing an award winning public and private school career of thirt years, I wanted to continue in the profession I loved. I had planned to open a tutoring service in my home. While searching for a way to help kids who struggle with learning, I found LearningRx. I discovered some of the very procedures in the LearningRx program were those I used with my gifted students.

How could the techniques and tools I used with my very bright kids be appropriate for those considered disabled? What I have discovered about learning in these two years of association with LearningRx surpasses all that I learned in previous educational training. Strengths in attention, processing speed, and memory set kids apart from others their age. I now understand that some of my brightest students lacked these critical cognitive skills. What I would give to have had this knowledge to share with parents over the years when their children were entrusted to me!

Today, I am challenged to share this message with educators and with parents. I am excited to open the doors of my center daily. I believe we are involved in a cutting edge industry - that training (and re-training) the brain are new concepts today. In the future, I believe mental fitness centers will be as common as physical fitness centers. But today, I have an opportunity to grow an exciting business by sharing the new message of LearningRx.
