I have a business background. I was in investment banking for 15 years working on merger and acquisition activity and raising capital for companies .

Why is LearningRx a good investment? Well, I think there are a number of reasons:

The first is that we are serving a market that is growing very rapidly. As most of you are aware, there is a tremendous initiative in education spending, really on the private sector opportunities. So, as our school districts continue to be cash strapped, people are looking for outside solutions and LearningRx is an example of what can fill that. There's tremendous growth going on in tutoring. There's tremendous growth going on in vocational and secondary education, and there's a huge opportunity for a product like we have, which is really unique and differentiated and is an exciting way to enter into the market.

I think also, we have tremendous market extension opportunities. ...We're cognitive skills training that can really impact everyone's life. If you just let your imagination run wild, you can go forever with the populations we can serve: the opportunity to continue to work with kids, the opportunities to work with adults, the opportunities to work with the prison population, the opportunities to work with the corporate market in corporate training. You know all these are areas where huge amounts of where money are spent, and where we can come in and make a direct impact and show somebody that we have something very valuable to offer them, and I think that that's going to result in a lot of growth for us.

It's a high margin business. I think if we execute the way that we can and the way we should, this should be financially rewarding for you all.

There's a lot of reasons we all got into this and certainly money is not the only one. I think we have a great opportunity to help a lot of people in need and have a good business return in the process. The whole concept of cognitive skills training is very unique and differentiated from everything else that's out there.

Having been in the market for 12 months, we've had a lot of opportunities to go out and present this idea to not only referral sources, but to media outlet, and people want to do interviews with us. They want to get editorial content that they can put out there, because it's so unique, and so different, and they see it as a real resource for that community, and I think that if you work to capitalize on that you will.
